The above cards are from two boxes of "junk" scrapbook papers I wasn't going to use.

I cut it all up into A2 layers (4" x 5.25")

And then just played and played with different background techniques.

As of the making of this web page, I've made about 400 cards so far (many are very similar)

and still have lots to go.

It never ceases to amaze me how much prettier ugly papers get once you cut them down.

I'm calling this "My big summer project of junk papers I was going to rehome"

Most are being made into Birthday cards for a nursing home near me.

Found a pack of pre-cut cards with envelopes, and a few sheets of red mulberry paper
